A simple app to track order status and customer dues.

What you get:
- Basic: Order and customer lists; Due and receivable accounts
- Standard: everything in Basic plus Payment history and receipts; SMS or WhatsApp reminder structure
- Premium: everything in Standard plus Reports and export; Mobile and desktop friendly interface

Scope limits:
- Basic: up to 500 customer records
- Standard: up to 2,000 customer records
- Premium: up to 5,000 customer records

What to provide when ordering:
- List of required features
- Purpose and a short brief of what you need
- Platform and tools in use (for example WordPress, Shopify, Excel)
- Required deadline

Limits and responsibilities:
- Testing, backups and data verification before live business use are your responsibility
- Compliance with data protection law and privacy for stored user data is your responsibility
- API keys, merchant accounts and third-party setup must be provided by you
- Work beyond these limits or extra revisions is quoted separately

After ordering, submit the required details and files in the My Services section of your account. Delivery files appear there when the work is done, and you can request revisions if needed.
