By using Wahid Mart (wahidmart.com), opening an account or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

Account

• Open your account with your correct name, mobile number and email.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and password. If you notice anything suspicious, change your password and tell us immediately.
• One account is for one person's use.

Products, prices and stock

• Product photos and descriptions are kept as accurate as possible; colours may look slightly different on different screens.
• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka. Offers and discounts apply for a limited time or while stock lasts.
• If a technical error shows a wrong price or stock, we may cancel the order; any amount paid will be fully refunded.

Orders and confirmation

• After you order, we may confirm by phone, SMS, email or chat. Orders with incomplete or suspicious details may be cancelled.
• If parcels are refused or fake orders are repeated, advance payment may be required for future orders.

Courses, e-books and digital content

• Copyright of all course videos, books, PDFs and other content belongs to Wahid Mart or the respective author/instructor.
• A purchase gives you a personal-use licence only. Sharing your account, screen recording, downloading for redistribution or reselling is strictly prohibited.
• Content may be protected by watermarks, single-device login and download limits. Breaking these rules can lead to access being closed without refund and legal action.
• The access period is shown on the course page; if none is shown, purchased courses stay available long-term for as long as the platform runs.

Services

Services are delivered according to the work, time and revisions listed in the package. Providing the information and files needed to start on time is the buyer's responsibility; if they arrive late, delivery time moves accordingly.

Prohibited use

Attempts to hack or harm the website, fake orders, using someone else's payment details, spam, abusive reviews or anything that violates others' rights are prohibited and may lead to account suspension or closure.

Limitation of liability

For matters outside our control, such as how a product is used, brand warranty terms or unavoidable courier delays, our liability is limited to the value of the related order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and the National Digital Commerce Guidelines. They may be updated when needed; new terms take effect when published on the website.
