Shipping & Delivery Policy
Wahid Mart delivers to all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Parcels are shipped through leading courier services such as Pathao, and you can follow every step live on our website.
Delivery charge
- Inside Dhaka city: Tk 60
- Outside Dhaka: Tk 120
- If a heavy or bulky item has a different charge, it is shown on the product page and at checkout beforehand.
Delivery time
- Inside Dhaka city: usually 1-2 working days
- Outside Dhaka: usually 2-3 working days
- Once an order is confirmed, the parcel is normally handed to the courier within 24 hours (except Fridays and public holidays).
- For pre-orders or items not in stock, the expected time is written on the product page.
- Natural disasters, strikes, Eid or special holidays can cause courier delays; we will keep you informed.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available; only the delivery charge is paid in advance to confirm the order.

When you receive the parcel
- Check in front of the delivery person that the packaging is intact.
- If the packet looks torn, wet or damaged, take photos and tell us right away.
- If possible, record an unboxing video while opening the parcel; it helps us solve any issue quickly.
- If the courier cannot reach you, they usually try again. Repeatedly unreachable phones or refused parcels may cause the order to be cancelled and returned.
Digital products, courses and services
Online courses, PDF/e-books and digital downloads have no delivery charge. Access opens in your account as soon as payment is confirmed, and you get an email. If an order contains both physical and digital items, you get the digital part instantly and the physical part goes by courier.
