Payment Methods

You can pay safely and easily on Wahid Mart with any of these methods:

• Cash on delivery for physical products (only the delivery charge is paid in advance to confirm the order)

Paying by mobile banking

Choose your method at checkout. Send the exact amount to the number shown on the page, then enter the number you paid from and the Transaction ID (TrxID). When automatic verification is on, payment is confirmed within seconds; otherwise our team checks and confirms it quickly.

Security

• Pay only to the number shown on our checkout page or through the gateway. If anyone asks you to send money to another number, it is not us.
• We never ask for your PIN, OTP or full card number by phone, SMS or chat.
• Card payments are processed directly by the payment gateway; card details are never stored on our server.

Invoice

An invoice for every order is emailed to you and can be downloaded or printed from your order page at any time.

Payment problems

Money deducted but order not confirmed, wrong amount sent, or paid twice: contact us with the Transaction ID and order number. We will verify and confirm the order or refund the extra amount.
