What to provide when ordering:
- Platform and tools in use (for example WordPress, Shopify, Excel)
- List of required features
- Purpose and a short brief of what you need
- Required deadline

Limits and responsibilities:
- Compatibility with your Odoo version and existing customisations must be tested on a staging server
- A professional security review is recommended before going live
- Hosting, domain and live testing are handled by you
- Work beyond these limits or extra revisions is quoted separately

After ordering, submit the required details and files in the My Services section of your account. Delivery files appear there when the work is done, and you can request revisions if needed.
