Correct transcripts, standardise format and remove identifying details.

What you get:
- Basic: Transcript error correction; Speaker labelling and formatting
- Standard: everything in Basic plus Identifier list and anonymisation; Participant codes (P01, P02) and key file
- Premium: everything in Standard plus Handling of mixed Bengali and English speech; Files ready to import into analysis software

Scope limits:
- Basic: up to 5 transcripts (up to 4,000 words each)
- Standard: up to 15 transcripts (up to 4,000 words each)
- Premium: up to 30 transcripts (up to 4,000 words each)

What to provide when ordering:
- Source files or raw information
- Research questions, model and hypotheses
- Language (Bengali or English)
- Required deadline

Limits and responsibilities:
- After anonymisation you must re-check all names and identifying details
- Participant consent and privacy are your responsibility
- Only text files are accepted; audio transcription is not part of this service
- Work beyond these limits or extra revisions is quoted separately
