What to provide when ordering:
- Platform and tools in use (for example WordPress, Shopify, Excel)
- Website link and Lighthouse report, if available
- Purpose and a short brief of what you need

Limits and responsibilities:
- DNS changes and domain settings must be applied by you
- Specific results such as acceptance, rankings or sales cannot be guaranteed
- You must make sure your email list and sending practice follow the law
- Work beyond these limits or extra revisions is quoted separately

After ordering, submit the required details and files in the My Services section of your account. Delivery files appear there when the work is done, and you can request revisions if needed.
