What to provide when ordering:
- Data file (Excel, CSV or SPSS)
- List of required features
- Purpose and a short brief of what you need
- Required deadline

Limits and responsibilities:
- Teacher, period and room constraints must be supplied accurately, and the final routine verified by you
- Macros must be enabled and tested in your own Excel version
- Compliance with data protection law and privacy for stored user data is your responsibility
- Work beyond these limits or extra revisions is quoted separately
