What to provide when ordering:
- Text, images and other content to use
- Logo, brand colours and fonts, if any
- Size and format needed (for example print or social media)
- Required deadline

Limits and responsibilities:
- Check size and colour profile with your printer before printing
- You must confirm ownership or licensing of the content and images supplied
- Designs are vector and code based; photographs and photorealistic images are not generated
- Work beyond these limits or extra revisions is quoted separately

After ordering, submit the required details and files in the My Services section of your account. Delivery files appear there when the work is done, and you can request revisions if needed.
