Nekorer Office

A corporate office may appear to be a place of rules, professionalism, and achievement, yet competition, power struggles, ambition, and ethical tests can exist beneath the surface. Nekorer Office is a novel set in this world. Istiak Rahman, an ambitious young man from a middle-class family, enters corporate life with honesty and ability. At the office led by Miraj Ahmed, however, he discovers that competence alone does not always make it easy to survive.

Workplace relationships, competition for promotion, personal interests, and the compromises people make for success emerge through the story. Istiak's experiences invite readers to consider the use of power at work and the moral choices people face in professional life. Readers interested in corporate culture, career ambition, and the conflicts behind apparent success may find the novel a compelling contemporary read.
