Scope limits:
- Basic: up to 500 items
- Standard: up to 5,000 items
- Premium: up to 50,000 items

What to provide when ordering:
- Interaction data (user, item, date)
- Item catalogue
- Business goal

Limits and responsibilities:
- Remove personally identifying information from data before submitting
- Large data and heavy jobs must be run and verified on your own computer or server
- AI answers can be wrong; important decisions need human verification
- Work beyond these limits or extra revisions is quoted separately
